3)Choose your payment method (Bank transfer / Paypal)
3a)Procced to do a bank transfer online / ATM and drop us an email when done. We will mail out your item the following working day.4)If you have problems purchasing it online, please email us at DoggieWardrobe@gmail.com or drop a comment stating the size and design preferred. Don't forget to leave your contact no. or email!
3b)Proceed to pay via paypal and we will mail out your item the following working day.
How to measure your dog's size
Payment:
Payments can be done through Bank Transfers (POSB / UOB / OCBC ) or Paypal (Credit Card).
Please select the respective preferred payment method upon check out and follow the instructions.
Delivery:
Choice of Self -Collection / Normal Mailing / Registered Mailing / Courier for selection upon checkout. Rates will be auto calculated for both local and overseas mailing.
*Please note that Normal post/mail is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages.*
Pre Order:
If sizes are out of stock, orders can be made via email.
We will get back to you when the stock has arrived.
Exchange Policy:
Please note that exchanges are only done for defective
items and must be done so within 7 working days from date of shipment .
After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the
item. This policy was implemented to protect ourselves from customers
who abuse the system.
For Size Changes: the exchange has to be for the exact same item. If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, then an exchange for another item of equal or less value will be allowed.
